Company Setup

Essential information for company identification and risk assessment. This information is collected for the purpose of making companies identifiable by their suppliers and clients in the connection process. It’s also being used to verify that it’s the correct company being created.

Organisation Country (required)

This is where your company is headquartered.

  • A select containing options for countries.

Public or Private sector (required)

Which sector your company belongs to.

  • A select containing the options “Private Sector”, “Public Sector” and “Other”.

Legal business name (required)

The officially registered name.

  • A text input field.
Example: Mitigater is located in Sweden where most companies have the extension AB. So the legal name is Mitigater AB.

Doing business as

If your company operates under a different name than the legal business name, please provide it here.

  • A text input field.
Example: Mitigater AB is the legal name but more commonly we do business as Mitigater.

Company Registration Number (required)

Your company's unique identification number. Often called business identification code (BIC), organisation number (Org.nr) or Company registration number (CRN).

VAT number

A specific number that is being used in certain countries if your company is registered for value added tax (VAT).

Type of industry

The primary industry your company operates in.

  • A select containing options for industries.

Number of employees

The total number of employees working for your company.

  • A select containing options for different ranges of employees.

Address (required)

The official physical address of the company.

  • A select containing options for Countries.
  • A text input field for Street name.
  • A text input field for Address line 1.
  • A text input field for Address line 2.
  • A text input field for Postal code.
  • A text input field for City.
  • A text input field for State or region.

Contact channels (required)

The contact details that suppliers and clients can contact your company.

  • A text input for phone number.
  • A text input field for email address.

Locations (required)

Physical places such as offices and factories.

  • A select containing options for Countries.
  • A text input field for Address line 1.
  • A text input field for Address line 2.
  • A text input field for Postal code.
  • A text input field for City.
  • A text input field for State or region.
  • A prefilled text for registration number (CRN/BIC/Org.nr).
Note: If the location is located in another country than the organisation country or have another registration number you will have to add a separate company setup for that location later on.
